“We”, “us” and “our” refer to AT2A. We operate this store and website — content, features, tools, products and services — to give you a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). New features or tools added to the store are also subject to these terms. We may update them by posting changes here; continued use after posting constitutes acceptance. Our store is hosted on an e-commerce platform that enables us to sell to you.

By agreeing, you represent you are at least the age of majority where you live (or consenting for a minor dependent). You may not use our products for illegal purposes, violate laws including copyright, transmit destructive code, or breach these terms — breach terminates your Services immediately.

Every item on this store is sold as a subscription, with a repeat delivery charged every 30 days until you cancel. Payment details are stored securely and you're charged per delivery unless you prepay. Subscriptions may auto-renew — cancel anytime; manage yours from the one-click links carried in every subscription email we send you (there is no customer login on this store). The price of a repeat delivery is not fixed for the life of the subscription and may change between deliveries; the links in your subscription emails show the price that will be charged next, and you can cancel before that charge. If you are ever charged an amount you did not expect, contact us and we will refund it. Cancel or change at any time; fulfilled orders can't be cancelled but can be returned under our Returns policy. Pre-order and try-before-you-buy terms apply as stated at checkout.

Prices may change without notice and we may modify or discontinue the Service anytime without liability. Products may be limited-quantity and returnable only per our Returns policy; colours and images are displayed as accurately as possible but monitors vary. We may limit sales or quantities per person, household or order — including dealer or reseller orders. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information.

We may refuse, limit or cancel any order and will attempt to notify you at the contact details provided. Optional third-party tools are provided “as is” without warranties or endorsement — use them at your own risk. Third-party content, products and links are not our responsibility; review those parties' policies before transacting.

Site material is general information only — don't rely on it as your sole basis for decisions. We may correct errors or omissions (including pricing, shipping, availability) and cancel affected orders with a refund. Prohibited uses include unlawful activity, harassment, misrepresentation, uploading malware, scraping or interfering with the Service; violation may terminate your access.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and our liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed — in no case exceeding amounts you paid. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AT2A and its affiliates, officers and employees from claims arising from your breach of these terms or violation of law. Nothing here limits rights you hold under applicable consumer law, including the EU 14-day cooling-off right in our Returns page.

Headings are for convenience only. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Termination of these terms does not affect obligations accrued beforehand. These terms are the entire agreement between you and AT2A regarding the Service. AT2A is a trading name of Penguin Global LLC, 203 East Nettleton Avenue, Apt A, Jonesboro, AR 72401, United States, which is the seller of record for every order placed on at2a.store. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, United States, except where the mandatory consumer law of your own country of residence gives you rights that cannot be set aside by contract — those rights continue to apply in full.
