How It Works

From the order to the doorstep, and what happens if you change your mind.

1. Start your monthly plan

Every order on AT2A is a monthly subscription — there is no one-time purchase option. You are charged at checkout, then every 30 days for each delivery after that, so you do not run out halfway through a routine. You are not locked in: skip or pause a delivery, or cancel entirely whenever you like, including straight after your first order.

2. We pack and hand it to the carrier

Getting an order picked, packed and scanned in by the carrier takes three to six business days for most orders. You get a tracking link by email as soon as it is on its way. Full detail on the Shipping Info page.

3. Standard delivery, free, wherever you are

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend, to every country we serve — more than 130 of them so far. Counting from the day you order, half of all parcels arrive within 10 business days and about 97% within 18. Mexico, Puerto Rico, Israel and Saudi Arabia consistently run longer, closer to three weeks. You can follow the parcel at any time from the Track Your Order page.

4. Take it as the label says

Follow the serving size printed on your product label rather than anything you read on a website, including this one. Consistency matters more than dose with most of these formulas — a daily habit you keep beats a large serving you abandon.

5. Thirty days from delivery to change your mind

If it is not for you, email us within thirty days of the parcel arriving and we will refund it. We do not ask you to post supplements back — you keep or dispose of what you have, and there is nothing to pay. The window runs from delivery rather than from purchase, because most of our parcels take a fortnight to reach their destination. Full terms on the Refund Policy page.
